A.D.O.P.P.T., Inc. was founded by adoptive parents. Their focus is on adoptions from Vietnam and Kazakhstan. They have staff working in the U.S., Vietnam and Kazakhstan.

A.D.O.P.P.T. works to simplify the adoption process by assisting in the preparation of all necessary paper work including the home study and documents for the Immigration and Naturalization Service or INS.

They also make every effort to make adoptions affordable. A.D.O.P.P.T. also specializes in adoption of special needs children.

Barbara and Doug Connely founded A.D.O.P.P.T and are currently the director and coordinator director and have adopted three children from Vietnam. The Executive Director is Barbara’s sister Veronica Pendleton.
