Child Promise is an adoption agency based in New Jersey. Reaching Out has programs in many countries including: Azerbaijan, China, Guatemala, Kazakhstan, Nepal, Taiwan, Vietnam, Ukraine and a pilot program in Lesotho in Africa and Panama.

The agency was founded by Jeannene Smith.

Child Promise boasts extensive resources on line and through their adoption materials. It is their goal to ensure that prospective parents have a complete understanding of the adoption process.

Child Promise also promotes its relationships with a number of adoption organizations including: Focus on Adoption, Resolve and the Joint Council on International Children’s Services.
